If you know the exact Cisco part numbers (ex. “CP-7961G”) of your inventory items please include them. Market value can range dramatically within a product series. Accurately ID’ing the model numbers of your Cisco IP Phones is critical in accurately determining value. Also make a note of any accessories you have available, such as AC power supplies, cords or PoE injectors, as they add additional value.

Step 2 – Buyer Agent Review Next, your product submission is reviewed by a CiscoPhoneBuy.com buyer agent. In some cases, we may need further clarification on model numbers and quantities.
Your buyer agent will contact you via phone or email to review your submission. Once we have an accurate account of your Cisco phone inventory, and the time frame for sale, we’ll begin the process of putting together a purchase offer for your review.
