Accurately ID’ing the model numbers of your Cisco IP Phones is critical in accurately determining value. Also make a note of any accessories you have available, such as AC power supplies, cords or PoE injectors, as they add additional value.
Step 2 – Buyer Agent Review Next, your product submission is reviewed by a CiscoPhoneBuy.com buyer agent. In some cases, we may need further clarification on model numbers and quantities.
